Amwal W.L.L. ("Amwal," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website (amwal.solutions) and clients who engage our accounting, audit, advisory, and Odoo ERP implementation services. This Policy applies to:- Visitors to amwal.solutions- Prospective clients who submit inquiries or request consultations- Existing clients whose data we process in the course of providing Services- Individuals whose data appears in client records we process on a client's behalf (e.g., employee data within a client's HR/payroll module)

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

3.1 Information you provide directly - Name, job title, company name- Email address and phone number- Business/office address- Details of your inquiry (e.g., services of interest, company size, current systems)- Information submitted through consultation or contact forms

3.2 Information collected during service delivery - Financial records, accounting data, bank statements, and business documents shared for accounting, audit, or advisory work- Data within ERP/Odoo systems we implement, configure, or support (which may include employee records, sales data, inventory, and other business data owned by the client)

3.3 Automatically collected information (Website) - IP address, browser type, device information- Pages visited, time spent, referring website- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

4. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information- Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and quotations- Deliver contracted Services (accounting, audit, CFO advisory, Odoo implementation and support)- Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations (e.g., Bahrain NBR VAT requirements)- Improve our Website and communications- Send relevant updates, where you have consented to receive them

We do not use client financial or business data for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed Services, unless required by law or separately agreed with you.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

6. Confidentiality of Client Data

6.1 We treat all client financial records, business information, and system data as strictly confidential.

6.2 Data belonging to one client is never mixed with, referenced against, or exposed to another client. Each engagement's data is handled in isolation.

6.3 Access to client data is restricted to Amwal personnel who require it to deliver the relevant engagement.

We do not share client data across unrelated client engagements or with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

9. Data Storage and Security

9.1 We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and business data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including access controls and staged (testing-before-production) handling of system changes.

9.2 Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Odoo.sh hosting) used for ERP implementation projects, subject to the hosting provider's own security standards.

9.3 We retain personal and financial data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable Bahrain regulatory and tax record-keeping obligations.

10. Your Rights

Subject to the PDPL and applicable law, you may have the right to:- Access the personal data we hold about you- Request correction of inaccurate data- Request deletion of your data, where legally permissible- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time- Object to certain processing, subject to our legal and contractual obligations

11. Children's Privacy

Our Website and Services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
